We use the SmartView platform for real-time monitoring of your shipments during global transportation. Based on user-defind business rules and contigency scripts, our Customer Support team can take immediate action,  such as instruction to your Logistics Service Provider, rerouting of shipment or return to shipper.

1. Real-time monitoring based on in-transit visibility

  • We continuously monitor the progress of your shipment, based on information from wireless sensors and external sources such as flight data.
  • We analyze this data in real-time to identify excursion situations, based on user-defined business rules and paramters such as temperature, location and time.

 

2. Pro-active intervention based on contingency scripts

  • We agree with you and your partners on contingency scripts to deftermine the actions to take in case of various excursions.
